Community Focus

Do you like to take photographs? Or maybe you enjoy the written word?

If you like either, or both of these things, you might want to come along to one of our new one-off workshops!

A new way of learning new skills, sharing moments
and making new friends.

These workshops are really laid back, there are no rules, and there is no commitment (and, even better, there is no catch!)

Created only to inspire you! These workshops are not technical, we don't aim to teach you all the buttons on the camera - or how to write a book...

...so what's the point?

Well...The point is to get creative! We will encourage you to find your own individual style and technique - not one out of a text-book (and if you do want to know what the buttons do, or would like more advice about using words creatively, we will help you - but that bit is entirely up to you!)

There are 14 modules to choose from which will run throughout the year from October 2011 - July 2012, you can take one or more, the choice is yours!

Each module is set over 2 sessions of two hours (on a Tuesday 11:30am - 12:30pm, term time) over two weeks - and the cost of each session is just £3. (to cover costs of paper, printing and other equipment/tools you may need)

Cameras, notebooks, computers and other creative media are available to use should you need them.

You will also be invited to take part in an exhibition of creative works in 2012
(but you don't have to if you don't want to!)
