HiiT Training Session with Skye Leonard - Level 3 Senior Fitness Trainer.

Join Skye, for a 45 minute HiiT session

Hiit is short for High Intensity Interval Training it's a range of exercises using a mixture of body weight and equipment with a very short rest in-between.

It's aimed to boost cardiovascular fitness and burn calories. If you haven't tried it before, now's your chance!

The session is suitable for men and women from age 13+ and can be adapted to all abilities.
