Teens in The Gym
We’re excited to offer a space for teens aged 13 and above to stay active and healthy.

School Holidays: 9.30am - 6.30pm
All users must complete a gym induction, and our trained instructors are here to help during session times.

Free Classes for Members
- Multiple DatesWed 09 AprBristolJoin Skye Leonard, our new fitness trainer for a 45 minute workout to target the all important key issue areas. This is a women only session and is suitable for 13+ FREE FOR GYM MEMBERS
- Multiple DatesTue 08 AprBristolJoin Gemma, our senior fitness trainer for a 45 minute fitness circuit with a mix of cardio, weights and bodyweight exercises. The session can be adapted to all abilities.
