With a focus on adults and especially our senior members at The Park, Matt brings a fun and dedicated approach to fitness. Whereas Gemma caters for the younger adults who may need a more challenging regime. Experience engaging classes that cater to all levels, ensuring everyone feels welcome and motivated.
