JIU JITSU SESSIONS FOR KIDS
Free introductory sessions run by Rise. This is a brilliant chance to give Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu a try — building skills for life in a safe, supportive space. Run by Rise’s friendly, professional coaches who are DBS-checked, first aid and safeguarding trained, so families can be sure that children are supported every step of the way.
