Spotlight - Community Supper Club

A new, free community initiative designed especially for families with children with additional needs (SEND).

The Spotlight Community Supper Club, supported by Feeding Bristol and the Quartet Community Foundation, is a welcoming monthly gathering where families can come together over a hot, home-cooked meal in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Created by Prettylyn Dowle, a dedicated volunteer, parent and carer, the supper club has been shaped by lived experience. Prettylyn has worked closely with children with additional needs through her role in a special school, as well as volunteering in breakfast and cooking clubs across the community. Her passion is simple but powerful: to create a space where families feel comfortable, included and valued.
