Pilates Equipment Circuits
To improve your mat work and gain a better understanding of your body. In this circuits class you will move between the large Pilates equipment and small props. Each one has a different feel and focus. Class numbers are capped at 5 to ensure safety. You do need previous experience for this class. Check out our introductory offers.
Location: Feelgood Fitness Studio
Cost: £15 per session. Money saving packages available.
